What Should You Expect?
- All furniture, floors and carpets will be protected from start to finish with drop cloths or plastic.
- Watermarks, smoke stains, pen marks, or other unsightly blemishes that could show through new paint will be properly primed and sealed.
- Cracks and holes in walls or ceilings will be repaired with spackle or drywall, sanded smooth and primed.
- Holes in wood works will be filled, sanded smooth and primed.
- Open joints and gaps between surfaces will be caulked and filled for a clean appearance.
- Glossy surfaces will be sanded or undercoated to ensure a proper paint adhesion.

What Should You Expect?
- All surrounding areas around your business or home, including shrubs, landscaping, roof, etc. will be protected from start to finish with drop cloths or plastic.
- All surfaces painted will be pressure washed and cleaned. Pressure washing helps new paint adhere to the existing surface.
- Mildew and other surface contaminates will be treated and killed.
- Loose paint will be scraped. The proper primer will be applied to all bare wood and metal to assure proper adhesion of the new paint.
- Loose caulking will be removed and replaced. Open gaps will be filled with new caulking.
- Loose nails will be reset and re-puttied.
